At The Z Flip Case, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium device protection. If your case isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare Your Package

    Place the unused Z Flip case in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned electronics accessory, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
